Payment Plans
Plan A: Full Payment: This is where the student pays the tuition for an entire program within 30 days of enrollment.
Plan B: Pay As You Go: This is where the student enrolls in a program of study and pays for the course(s) they sign up.
Plan C: Monthly Payment: This is where the student chooses to make monthly installment payments toward the full tuition fees of a program of study.
(i) Undergraduate Students: The student would be required to make a down payment of $200.00 after he/she has been accepted into the program and pay a minimum of $100.00 each month until full tuition for the program is paid off.
(ii) Graduate Students: The student would be required to make a down payment of $200.00 after he/she has been accepted into the program and pay a minimum of $120.00 each month until full tuition for the program is paid off.

Other Service Fees

Financial Policy:
- All service fees are non-refundable.
- No transcript will be issued unless the student has paid all outstanding fees to the school.
- We do not accept personal checks in paying fees.
- We accept Credit/Debit Card, Money Gram, Western Union, Cashier's Check, and Money Order as forms of payment.
- Textbooks are not included in our Tuition fees. It is the responsibility of the student to purchase all Textbooks required for any program of study.
Refund Policy
- Students who intend to withdraw from any registered class must send an email to inform the school.
- Students who withdraw from any registered class will be charged a "withdrawal fee" of $25.00.
- There will be no refunds for courses/classes that students have already received ALL study materials from the school.
- Students who withdraw from class before the first day of class shall receive a refund of 100% tuition fees minus a withdrawal fee. All other fees are non-refundable.
- Students who withdraw from class within the first week of class start date shall receive a refund of 90% of tuition fees minus a withdrawal fee. All other fees are non-refundable.
- Students who withdraw from class within the second week of class start date shall receive a refund of 80% of tuition fees minus a withdrawal fee. All other fees are non-refundable.
- Students who withdraw from class within the third week of class start date shall receive a refund of 70% of tuition fees minus a withdrawal fee. All other fees are non-refundable.
- There will be no refunds after three (3) weeks of class start date.
Christ the King Life Seminary reserves the right to change,
without notice, any of its tuition and fees.
